First Ascent offers more than just world-class climbing.Each of our locations is equipped with at least one dedicated yoga studio, and we’ve gathered an outstanding crew of expert yogis to lead over 20 classes per week at each of our locations.
Why yoga? Yoga is a perfect complement to climbing, and we believe that the climbing and yoga communities have so much to gain from interacting with each other. Both climbing and yoga require a focused, present mind and a strong, flexible body. Both ask you to tune in and leave behind the noise of a busy day or the thoughts of what’s to come tomorrow. And both leave you stronger, wiser, and better equipped to handle the challenges that lie ahead.
