Our yoga classes are led by experienced, friendly instructors and cater toward a variety of ability levels, from complete beginners to those seeking a more advanced practice. Check the schedule below for class times, levels, and descriptions.
Yoga classes are included for both members and visitors – visitors will need to purchase a Day Pass or other entry to the gym when they arrive to take a yoga class.
Please complete a waiver before signing up on the schedule below to create an account in our system, then come on in and we’ll get you set up with a day pass.
