Peoria Yoga Classes

Build strength, improve flexibility, and find balance with our experienced instructors.

Please review our new guidelines for health and cleanliness as they apply to yoga sessions at First Ascent Peoria:

  • MasksĀ will be required during the entire class.
  • Yogis are highly encouraged to bring their own mats and props, but both mats and blocks will be available for use.
  • Bolsters and blankets will not be available for use, but yogis are welcome to bring their own.
  • First Ascent yoga mats and blocks will be disinfected by staff after each use.
  • Maximum class size will be set at 6 to allow for recommended social distancing.
  • Extra cleaning of floors and frequently-touched surfaces will be done by First Ascent staff between each class.

Welcome back! Our yoga classes are led by experienced, friendly instructors and cater toward a variety of ability levels, from complete beginners to those seeking a more advanced practice.

Our yoga classes are available to both members and visitors. FA Members can sign up in advance on the schedule below to guarantee their spot. Non-members are welcome to join yoga classes as part of their Day Pass visit (click for pricing info) but must sign up when they arrive by speaking with one of our friendly front desk staff members.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class to ensure class can begin on time. All visitors must sign our waiver before joining a class – click to sign yours online now.
