Yoga provides a challenge to both body and mind, but it can also restore overworked muscles, help prevent injury, and bring calm to our busy lives. First Ascent Humboldt Park offers a full schedule of yoga classes so you can find the class that matches your intention for practicing.

FA members can sign up in advance below to guarantee their spot in a class. Non-members need to purchase a Day Pass ($19) when they arrive to attend a yoga class.
