Yoga provides a challenge to both body and mind, but it can also restore overworked muscles, help prevent injury, and bring calm to our busy lives.
We offer a variety of yoga classes each week, and our yoga classes are available to both members and visitors. FA Members can sign up in advance on the schedule below to guarantee their spot. Non-members are welcome to join yoga classes as part of their Day Pass visit (click for pricing info) but must sign up when they arrive by speaking with one of our friendly front desk staff members.
