In addition to climbing, our facilities offer a full schedule of yoga and group fitness classes, as well as state-of-the-art fitness equipment. All of these amenities are included as a part of an any day pass or membership, so you can enjoy your favorite fitness activities, stay balanced, and achieve whole-body health all in one place.
To get started, choose from one of our facilities by deciding what type of climbing you would like to do. There are two main styles of climbing offered at First Ascent:
