The details:

  • One-hour training sessions meet every weekday at 6, 7, 8, and 9 am at First Ascent Avondale
  • Maximum of 6 people per session so trainers can provide individual coaching and feedback
  • Monthly assessments allow you go gauge your progress
  • NASM Certified Trainers guide you through a fun, fast-paced workout that adapts to your ability level – every workout is different
  • Sign up for 2 or 3 sessions per week – book 12 hours in advance to guarantee your spot
