All active Basecamp members are welcome to join us for distanced outdoor classes. Let’s get moving together again!
Face coverings are optional for outdoor classes. Bringing your own mat, props, towel, and water bottle are recommended. Any required weights or props will be provided for the class and are sanitized between uses. Classes are held weather-permitting, we’ll notify you as soon as possible if a class is cancelled due to weather.

Just like a solid basecamp is key to the success of any mountaineering expedition, a strong functional fitness foundation will help you be ready to tackle whatever adventures lie ahead.
We built First Ascent from the ground up to bring world-class climbing to our local community. When it comes to Basecamp fitness, we partnered with premier fitness coaches to design and build a fitness program from the ground up, offering small group training at a fraction of the cost of personal training or other popular group fitness alternatives.
